HAWK MOUNTAIN BREWERY

Our three vessel 5bbl brewery, Mash Tun, Lauter Tun, and Boil Pot along with the Hot Liquor Tank are all steam jacketed giving us the ability to control temperatures at all the stages of the brew process. We designed and built our brewery, making our own 100 gallon glycol chiller system, building all of the electrical panels, along with installing and piping the 15hp Columbia Boiler. John Taylor helped us design the boiler setup.
