Giving Back
Our slogan is “1% for the birds”. We plan to donate 1% of our taproom’s total sales to the Hawk Mountain Sanctuary.
We also plan on using the nearby Ironton Rail Trail as we host our annual charity bike races. Matt’s non-profit, Bike 4 Beds, was founded in 2008.
Simple, Fresh Food
Made-on-site food will include hot sandwiches such as roast beef, pulled pork and brisket, along with other items such as chicken wings, fries and pierogies from a local church. Vegan offerings also will be available.
Quality Processes
We cut no corners when it comes to cleanliness. From the equipment we’ve invested in to the design of the floor and walls of every room in the brewery, our top concern is making it easy to clean.
